Order Handling & Shipping

All orders are dispatched within 24-48 working hours. In case of maintenance, the shipping timelines may be affected. If you don't receive shipping information, kindly contact us via email at info@8rees.life. Although we are confident you will love your products, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch and we will make it right.

Wrong Item Delivered

  1. Raise a replacement request within 3 days from the date of delivery via email at info@8rees.life or WhatsApp at +91-9711337711. Please include pictures of the wrong item delivered and your order ID.
  2. Allow us 48 working hours to review your replacement request.
  3. On approval, we will send our courier partner to collect the wrong product delivered to you.
  4. If reverse pick-up is not available at your location, we will assist you with an alternative option.
  5. Once the wrong product is picked up, we will ship your replacement product (subject to stock availability) or issue a refund.

Item Damaged

  2. Allow us 48 working hours to review your replacement request.
  3. On approval, we will send our courier partner to collect the damaged product.
  4. If reverse pick-up is unavailable, we will assist you with an alternative option.
  5. Once the damaged product is picked up, we will ship your replacement product (subject to stock availability) or issue a refund.

Note: We cannot return or replace your products in the following cases:

  • Opened, used, or altered products
  • Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) is missing
  • Return/replacement requests are raised after 3 days from the date of delivery

Order Cancellation

We allow order cancellations before your order is processed. Once the order has been processed, we cannot cancel the order.

Shipping Charges

We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above a minimum order amount, which is notified from time to time. We also offer Cash-On-Delivery. The shipping rates shown at checkout should be considered final.
